🎨 CREATOR TERMS

These are the terms for participating in the My Mahjong Creator Program. We've kept them as clear as possible.

1. THE DEAL

You create mahjong tile skins. We sell them in the in-app store. You get 70% of every sale, we keep 30% to cover running costs and payment processing.

2. PAYOUTS

• Payouts are sent monthly via PayPal.
• Minimum payout threshold: $10.00.
• Payment processor transaction fees are deducted from creator payouts.
• You must provide a valid PayPal email in your creator dashboard.
• We reserve the right to hold a payout if we have a reasonable fraud concern.

3. PRICING

• You set your own price between FREE and $30.00.
• Prices are in USD. We handle all currency conversion.

4. DESIGN LIMITS

• Default limit: 5 active designs per creator.
• Need more? Ask us — we're flexible for high-quality creators.

5. REVIEW

Every submission is reviewed before going live. We aim to review within 48 hours. We may reject designs that violate our content rules (see §8).

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You keep full copyright of your designs. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and sell your design in the My Mahjong store. You can end this licence by archiving or deleting the design.

7. ARCHIVING & DELETION

• Archive: hides the design from the store. Existing buyers keep access forever.
• Delete: only available for designs with zero purchases. Permanent.

8. CONTENT RULES

• No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• No NSFW or adult content.
• No copyrighted artwork (use your own original art).
• No deceptive or misleading names/descriptions.

We will remove violating content immediately without notice.

9. TERMINATION

Either side can end the arrangement with 30 days written notice. Existing buyers always keep access to purchased designs.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We'll notify creators of material changes with at least 14 days notice via email (if provided) or in-app notification.
